Prophetess Joyce Wallace

and her husband, John, are founders of Sceptre Ministries International. Sceptre Ministries includes Friends of Esther, a ministry for and to women and Men of Mordecai, a ministry for and to men. Joyce attends Metro Christian Fellowship in Kansas City , Missouri, USA under the leadership of Pastor Jim Bailey. 

Joyce is a teacher of the Word. She has ministered at conferences and churches of various denominations. Her love and passion for the Lord are evident as she seeks to reveal the Father’s heart for His people. Her vision is to see Christians mature in their gifts and calling.

Dr. Joyce is a licensed psychologist in private practice in Blue Springs, Missouri, USA. She received a B.A. in psychology from the University of Illinois, and a M.A. and PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri, Kansas. Joyce has taught school at several levels including graduate courses the University of Missouri and undergraduate courses at the University of Kansas.
